Teachers

IH Bangkok is an established and reputable English language school located in central Bangkok. We are a registered UCLES testing centre with an excellent reputation with the major Thai and International schools in Bangkok. The school is run to the highest professional standards, staffed by enthusiastic, caring and fun teachers. Our remuneration package is extremely competitive and the school environment is ideal for career-minded TEFL teachers.

At IH Bangkok, we offer:

• Excellent incremental salary based on qualifications, experience and position.
• Two days off per week.
• Average 25 contact hours per week.
• Work permit, visa and teacher licence.
• Comprehensive BUPA worldwide health insurance.
• Bonus/flight repayment worth a total of 30,000 baht upon completion of a 1 year contract.
• 25 days paid holidays per year (inc. some Thai national holidays).

In return, we expect:

• Degree from a recognised university (a requirement of the Thai government).
• RSA CELTA / TEFL equivalent.
• Teaching experience is an advantage.
• A professional attitude.
• Willingness to work with children and adults.
• Ample enthusiasm and energy.
• Willingness to be involved in all aspects of the running of the school.
• Interest in furthering professional knowledge through training.

Students

Do you want:

• FREE English lessons?
• To be taught by English speakers?
• To learn useful, everyday English?
• To improve your pronunciation?

If you can answer yes to all of the above questions, then why not become one of our Teaching Practice Students?

All we ask of you is that:

• You over 16 years old and at an elementary or intermediate standard of English.
• You can commit to 2pm-4pm, Monday to Friday, for a month.
• You buy a course book from us for only 500 baht.
• You pay us a 1,000 baht deposit at the beginning of the course.  If you come to every lesson, you will get the 1,000 baht back.  If you miss one lesson, we will deduct 200 baht.  For every lesson you miss after that, we will deduct 100 baht per lesson.

IH Bangkok is the premier provider of Cambridge CELTA training in Thailand and we are looking for students that our teacher trainees can teach.  All of our trainees are interviewed and tested before taking the course so you can be sure that:

• They are of a native English speaking standard.
• They have the capability to become an English teacher of the highest quality.
• They have the commitment and enthusiasm to make your lessons fun and informative.

The trainees are supervised at all times by one of our highly experienced teacher trainers, who will also teach you at least once over the month.

Administrator & Receptionist

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and professional individual who is:

• Customer focused. The successful applicant will be willing and able to give friendly and professional advice about all of the courses available at IH Bangkok.
• Friendly and helpful. The successful applicant will work closely with, and provide assistance to, our English speaking staff of teachers and teacher trainers, as well as provide help and advice to our teacher trainees from around the world.
• Organised. The successful applicant will take responsibility for the administration of a wide variety of documents relating to the running of the school.
• Enthusiastic. The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in the English language and be prepared to speak, read, listen and write the language throughout each working day.

Full training will be provided along with further assistance in using English.

Location : Bangkok

Qualification :

•   Bachelor's Degree
•   Female, Thai Nationality Only
•   Age 23-30 years old
•   Secretarial experience is an advantage
•   Good English skills
•   Good computer skills(Microsoft office including Excel,Access and Internet)
•   Good personality, Communicative and Interpersonal skills
•   Must enjoy working with Foreigner and customers

Salary : 10,000 - 14,000
